The Drum Awards 2025 Recruits GT’s Head of Digital & Social Media to Jury
The Drum Awards recognises the best campaigns globally in marketing, media and communications.
GT’s Head of Digital and Social Media, Anna Lawlor, is announced as a judge for the Social Media category at The Drum Awards Festival 2025.

Anna joins peers from brands such as M&G Investments, Tata Consultancy Services, John Lewis, WPP, Diageo and BBC Studios in judging this year’s Social Media category entries from around the world.
Judges will be assigned 3-5 sub-categories within their respective categories to evaluate and score.
“It’s always an honour to be invited to review and judge peers’ work, especially for a prestigious awards program like The Drum‘s.
As practitioners, we know the hard work, the moving parameters and the Swiss-army-knife skillset required just to operate in today’s environment and to execute good work – let alone to creatively dazzle against global competitors.
I am especially excited to assess campaigns that get under the skin of their target audience, speak to them in their language and show creative flair with audacious and imaginative tactics.
I can’t wait to be inspired by the very best in social media marketing.”
The Judging Process
There are two stages to the judging process; an independent online ‘pre-judging’ session followed by Judging Day, in which jurors come together to discuss the campaign submissions in detail and to choose the award-winning work.
Entries are evaluated by the jury across three core criteria: Planning, Execution, and Results.
While all entries are assessed using this core framework, the emphasis placed on each area varies depending on the nature of the category.
The deadline for submission is 4 September 2025.
